Return Policy

General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by PrestigeMotorsportsLA.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items are subject to restocking fees depending on the reason for their return. Please see the specific item conditions outlined below.  Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please  E-mail us to arrange for a return and receive an RMA # (Return Authorization).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable
PrestigeMotorsportsLA.com will NOT accept returns on the following items:

- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Opened and used items.
- Gift certificates.
- Custom ordered products.
- Any item with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Items Eligible for Refunds / Exchanges
PrestigeMotorsportsLA.com will accept returns on the following items with a 25% restocking fee or store credit with a 10% restocking fee.
Please note the customer is responsible for shipping both ways:

- New, unused, unopened, brand new items.
- Items that are returned within 30 days of delivery.
- If you have received an incorrect product (No restocking or shipping fees apply).

Warranty Claims
All warranty claims and returns for damaged items can only be processed via email. We will only accept returns on items which have a manufacturer's defect and are still within the applicable factory warranty time period. Items that appear to be damaged by wear and tear, misuse, or have exceeded the manufacturer's warranty time period will not be accepted. In order for us to process a claim, please E-mail us pictures and a description of the problem and we will contact you with an RMA #. We are unable to do this over the phone since we have to contact the manufacturer to process the return.
